Jampa (Pa is her nickname) is from Mahasarakham, Thailand. She is married to Nui and has two children. In November of 2004 she began working for a missionary family on the Isaan team. She was a hard worker and was a blessing to the family. During her break times she periodically would find Christian tracts, study books, the Bible, etc. around the house and spend time reading them. Sometimes she would talk with the missionary family about what she was reading or about things that the Bible teaches. Eventually a Bible study was started for her in her home and in just a short time she made a commitment to Christ.

Pa is in now in the minority in her village, and in the surrounding villages, because she is a Christian. She has already shared her decision to follow Christ with some others in her village. Following a Christian outreach recently held in her area, some of the other Isaan people in the local villages expressed an interest in learning more about God. Pa is working with others to do follow-up; she is visiting folks, talking with them and giving them additional information. She is encouraging them to learn more about what the Bible teaches.

Pray that Pa will be a blessing to her family and her community as she lives out her new faith in Christ. Pray for her as she works to share her faith with those around her, especially those who have expressed an interest in learning more. Pray that her husband, Nui, will believe as well.
